A few things to clear up.

Express is still being shaped. These answers explain the intended journey, not final legal or booking terms.

How long can I book for?

The launch brief proposes stays of one, two or three months. Exact options will depend on the room, approved inventory and confirmed booking rules.

Does an online booking skip the usual legal checks?

No. Identity verification is not a substitute for any legally required Right to Rent check. The correct checks and process must be confirmed for the particular stay before the service launches.

When is my booking confirmed?

A booking should not be treated as confirmed until the required identity checks, payment status and Right Room approval are complete. Check-in details are shared only after approval.

Are these rooms and prices available to book?

No. This is a clickable design prototype. The room images, locations, dates and example charges are illustrative; this page does not connect to live inventory, identity checks or payment services.

What if I want a home rather than a temporary stay?

Use the separate Residential Rooms route for an ordinary home enquiry. The type of booking does not, by itself, determine anyone’s legal rights.

Express booking terms

Prototype copy only. These example terms and the sample privacy wording are not approved legal documents and must not be used for a real booking.

What this stay is

The Express service is intended for approved temporary accommodation. Your booking duration alone does not decide its legal classification or remove any statutory rights.

Price and payment

A real offer must show the accommodation amount, booking fee, any cleaning charge, refundable deposit and applicable taxes before payment. Any deposit return process and payment timing must be stated in the approved terms.

Identity and eligibility checks

Any identity provider must explain how information is handled. Right to Rent checks must use an appropriate legally compliant process where required. A review or failed check pauses automatic confirmation and goes to the Right Room team.

Changes and cancellation

The cancellation, refund, extension, checkout and house-rule policies are not set in this prototype. They must be approved and shown before a real customer commits.

Privacy and access

Personal and identity data must be collected only through approved secure services and retained according to the applicable privacy policy. Check-in instructions are released only after the booking and verification are approved.
